Payment Policy for Ashwani Gallery

At Ashwani Gallery, we strive to provide a seamless and secure payment experience for all our customers. Please read the following payment policy carefully to understand our terms regarding transactions on our platform.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Rupay, and other major providers.

Net Banking: Supported by all major Indian banks.

UPI Payments: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and other UPI apps.

Wallets: Paytm, Amazon Pay, and other major wallets.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on select products and locations (additional charges may apply).

2. Payment Security

All transactions made on Ashwani Gallery are encrypted and secured using SSL technology.

We do not store your credit/debit card or other payment information. All sensitive data is handled by our secure payment gateway partners.

3. Payment Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email and SMS with the order details.

In case of a payment failure, the amount (if debited) will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for selected locations and products only.

For COD orders, full payment must be made in cash at the time of delivery. Partial payments are not accepted.

Refusal to accept COD orders may lead to restrictions on your account.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

If an order is canceled before dispatch, the payment will be refunded in full to the original payment method.

Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 7-10 business days after the product passes our quality checks.

For prepaid orders, the refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or other applicable methods.

6. Taxes and Charges

All prices listed on Ashwani Gallery are inclusive of GST unless otherwise mentioned.

Delivery charges, COD charges, or any additional fees will be displayed during the checkout process and must be paid as part of the total order amount.

7. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you notice an unauthorized transaction or dispute a payment, please contact us immediately at ashwanigallery@gmail.com.

Chargebacks filed without valid reasons may result in legal action or restrictions on future purchases.

8. Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails but the amount is debited from your account, it will be automatically refunded by your bank within 5-7 business days. If not, you may contact us for support.
